From one vacuum and a pink apron to a team of over 20

The Ready Maids started in 2021 with one person, one Hetty vacuum and a pink apron. What began as a small idea has grown into a team of more than 20 local cleaners, looking after over 60 regular homes, businesses and hospitality venues across Swansea. But while the business has grown, one thing has never changed: people are at the heart of everything we do.

Cleaning with a personal touch

We don't believe cleaning should be one-size-fits-all. Every home is different. Every business operates differently. Every hospitality venue has its own requirements. That's why we take the time to understand what our clients need and build our services around them. Whether we're looking after a family home, an office, a hospitality venue or a commercial premises, we take pride in delivering a service that is professional, personal and dependable. Behind every clean is a person who cares. Our team works early mornings, evenings and weekends to keep homes, workplaces and hospitality venues clean, safe and ready for the day ahead. Some of our hospitality cleaners start as early as 3am, working behind the scenes so venues can open their doors clean, fresh and ready to welcome customers. You might not always see us working - but you'll notice the difference. We take pride in being the people behind that difference.

The Ready Maids was built with people in mind not just our clients, but our team too. We've created flexible opportunities for local women and mums, allowing them to work around school runs and family life while still having something that belongs to them.
