We’re a friendly team of professional cleaners based in Swansea, with a genuine passion for transforming and maintaining clean, welcoming spaces across both commercial and domestic properties. Since launching in 2021, The Ready Maids has grown from one person with a vacuum into a team of more than 20 local cleaners, working together to provide reliable, repeat cleaning services to over 60 regular sites across Swansea & surrounding areas. We’re proud to support local businesses, homes and hospitality venues, with our team working early mornings, evenings and weekends to keep spaces clean, safe and ready for the people who use them. Some of our cleaners regularly start as early as 3am, working behind the scenes before most of the city is awake. They may not always be seen, but their work makes a real difference. Our growth has been driven largely by the loyalty of our clients and the recommendations they make to others. Much of our business has come from one client telling another about their experience with us, and we’re incredibly grateful for the trust that has helped us grow. Toria and the team have been cleaning for us for just 2 and a half years and do an excellent job keeping the day to day dirt under control. We have a 2 bedroom house and they clean for 3 hours every fortnight this is mostly the kitchen and bathroom and then hoovering and dusting all other areas. At least once a year we try and book a deeper clean. They are very reliable and clean the same day every fortnight. They are very friendly and keep us notified of any changes and its easy to get in touch with them.

They have cleaned my house for years now and I’m still very happy with the service they provide. The house feels spotless after they have been and they are flexible if you need them to change a regular clean and clean out a fridge for example. Toria runs the business so effectively and clearly takes hiring very seriously as the cleaners in my house are always professional, lovely and hard working. The managers like Kate are fantastic too. They care about doing a good job and if even a cup is broken by accident (very rare), it’s replaced like for like, and if you are not entirely happy with something, they are always so open to feedback, which develops a lot of trust. They undertook a big carpet cleaning job in our building. Our huge carpet was in a bad state, hasn't been done for years. When The ready Maids team finished the carpet was unrecognisable, clean, no spots, smelled nice and it was like new.
They were also absolutely professional throughout the whole process and didn't cause any disruptions to our work. It makes such a big difference to any business and organisation when you get a top service from start to end.
